Crispy Potato Kabaab for kids when you have no time

today most of parents are very busy in their work.so this recipe is absolutely perfect evening breakfast for little kids and busy moms.

for- 2 kids
time- 10 min

Ingredients:-
boiled potato- 2-3
biscuit crumbs- 2 table of spoon
oil for fry
pinch of salt

Method:-
take a bowl.add potato.mash with your clean hands.then add all remaining ingredients.mix well.now give a kabaab shape.and fry this.you can shallow fry this also.now serve with tomato sause.

Instant,Easy and Healthy Dalia Recipe

                             

dalia is one of the best easiest and healthy breakfast for all.specially kids.dalia is full of nutritious and healthy.so today i make easy dalia recipe.

for-3 peoples
time-10-15 min

Ingredients:-
fresh packed dalia- 1cup
butter- 2 table of spoon
cummin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
chopped carrot- 1 table of spoon
chopped onion-1 table of spoon
chopped cauliflower- 1 table of spoon
peas- 1 table of spoon
green leaves- 1 table of spoon
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method:-
heat a pan melt 1 table of spoon butter and fry dalia.when it till light red then remove from gass.keep aside.then heat another pan.add remaining butter and cummin seeds.now add onion and fry it for 2 sec.then add all vegetables.and fry it till red.then add turmeric powder and salt.mix well.then add fried dalia and 5 cup of water.cook it for 10 min in medium flame.now it's ready to serve.decorate with green leaves.

Homemade til laddu recipe

til laddu is one of the most popular sweet dish during sakranti.
today we prepare this homemade laddu's for sakranti special.

Ingredients:-
white til or sesame- 100gm
gud or jaggery- 200gm
ghee- 1 table of spoon

Method:-
heat the pan and roast the sesame seeds till they are light golden brown.cool and keep aside.heat the pan add ghee and the jaggery in a low flame.when it melt add roasted sesame seeds.mix this well.now off the gass.and grease your palm with little ghee.now give a round shape.this is ready.

Easy Green chili pickle

green chili pickle

today we will make green chili pickle.this instant pickle is very tasty and easy to make.it's a great way to spice up any meal.but i love this pickle with chapati.

Ingredients:-
fresh green chili- 100gm
lemon- 1
turmeric powder- 1 table of spoon
salt to taste
oil 4 table of spoon

Method:-
first of all wash chili with cold water.keep aside for 5 min.take a big bowl.cut chili as you want in shape.then add in this bowl.add turmeric powder and salt.keep aside for 1 an hour.then add oil and lemon drops.mix well.and keep in sunlight for 2 days.now enjoy with chapati.
