crispy pumpkin flower pakoras at home


               Pumpkin flower pakoras
we all know that what is pumpkin? and generally we all use to cook veg type only.but do u know that pumpkin flowers are also use to cook veg or crispy pakoras in just 10 min.this taste is also good.try it. read below how to make this.and leave comment.

time:- 10 min
for - 2 peoples

Ingredients:-
fresh pumpkin flower- 10 pieces
besan- 2 cup
chopped onion- 1
chopped green chili- 1
turmeric powder- 1 table of spoon
oil to deep fry
corn flour- 1 table of spoon
chopped green coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method:-
wash flower with water.cut chopped and add all the ingredients.now mix well.heat a pan. add oil.and deep fry this mixture until it's looking red.spread black salt over them.serve with green chutney or tomato sauce in lunch time.
