Pomegranate Drink Recipe

Pomegranate drink

this drink is good for health.so make at home and drink everyday.

Ingredients

pomegranate-5
jaggery syrup-1 cup
black salt to taste

Method
remove skin from pomegranate.separate pulp.mash and squeeze.extract juice.strain.dilute with water and add jaggery syrup.add black salt to over them serve Immediately.

Banana roti

you always make different type of roti and parathas.but this is to make easy at home and who kids don't like banana's it's better idea to give as tiffin box.

Ingredients
ripe bananas-4
coconut scrapings-1cup
jaggery syrup-1cup
cardamom powder-2 table of spoon
flour-1/2 kg
ghee-1cup

How to make
mash bananas add coconut scrapings,jaggery syrup and cardamom powder.add everything to the flour.mix well.and make roti.after make pour 1 table of spoon (per piece) ghee in two sides.serve hot.

Choco Coco Special Recipe For Kids

this is a great recipe for kids.when i done this recipe after taste i love them.i hope you also like.

Ingredients:-

  1. bread crums-1 katori
  2. malai-1/2 katori
  3. chocolate powder-1/2 katori
  4. butter-1 cup
  5. sugar-1 cup
  6. crused coconut-1/2 cup
  7. cashew nut- for garnish
  8. cherry-5-10
  9. oil to fry


Method:-
take a bowl add bread crums and malai.mix them properly. give a good shape and keep for set aside.then you heat a pan and deep fry this.then you take another pan for melt sugar.then you heat a pan and add chocolate powder and butter.mix them. add melt sugar.mix properly.then you keep a bowl and add fried cookie.garnish with all dry fruits and cherries.it's ready to serve.

Ingredients:-

  • big Potato-4
  • corn flour-4 table of spoon
  • garam masala powder-1 table of spoon
  • chaat masala-1 table of spoon
  • cummin seeds powder-1 table of spoon
  • turmeric powder- 1 table of spoon
  • salt to taste


Method:-

 take a big bowl.crused potato and add all ingredients. mix well. then you make a kabaab shape. heat a pan and deep fry this.then fry until it golden brown. serve  it for sause.

grind mint leaves,lemon drops,sugar and ice cubes.take a glass add this drink then you add honey over them garnish with mint leaves. it's ready to serve.

I make something different recipe only for kids.try this recipe at home.it make easily. i hope your kids like so much.

Ingredients:-

moong (fully soaked in water) -1 cup
boiled chana- 1/2 cup
corn- 1/2 cup
roasted cumeen seeds powder- 1/2 table of spoom
lemon drops- 1/2 table of spoon
chaat masala- 1 table of spoon
chopped onion- 1
chopped tomato- 1
cucumber- 1 table of spoon
beet root- 1 table of spoon
coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
pomgranate seeds- 1 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method:-

take a big bowl add sprouted moong, chana, corn, lemon drops, roasted cummin powder, chaat masala, onion, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, and salt to taste. mix them properly.garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.

Sweet Dhudhori Recipe

this is a type of sweet. yesterday i tried to make this. and I like. I know you and your kids also like this recipe.

Ingredients



  • arwa chawal(rice)-1 small katori
  • milk-1 kg
  • ghee-250 gm
  • sugar-250 gm
  • cardmom powder-1 table of spoon


Method


heat a pan on the flame add milk when milk boil add rice and mix it.stirring it 

continuosly for about 10 min.add sugar and 1/2 table of spoon cardamom powder.mix it and dry it.then you grind dry this mixture.now you make small balls and give good shape as you wish then it fry on the heat pan.now you deep in chasni.serve hot.

poori is a very popular indian bread.and i make different type of poories only on special occasions.or when we have guests at home. so today we will learn how to make khasta namkeen kachori famous in orrisa.i hope you like that.


Ingredients:-

rava aata-1 katori
cummin seeds-1 table of spoon
boiled potato-5
green chilli and garlic paste-2 table of spoon
turmeric powder-1 table of spoon
green coriander leaves-1 table of spoon
oil to fry
salt to taste

Method:-

take a bowl add cummin seeds,oil 1 table of spoon and salt. then knead into hard dough. then you make stuffing. heat a pan add oil and cummin seeds and chilli garlic paste fry it for 5 min add boiled potato, salt and spices.then mix it well and fry for 5 min add coriander leaves.stuffing is ready.now you make small round balls of the dough and feel this mixture and spread all the rolls. now you fry each one of them in the hot oil or refine.it's ready to serve.

Ingredients

bread-4 slices
tomato ketchup-1 cup
crused onion-2
crused colorful capsicum-2
cheese-1 cup
black pepper powder-1 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method

first of all toast bread in two sides then you apply tomato ketchup on two sides.then you spread crused onion,capsicum,and cheese.now you heat oven and cook this for 5 min. then you take a plate and serve with sprinkle black pepper and salt.you feel you eat crispy biscuit cutlet.

Tulsi Drink Recipe For Summer

Tulsi Drink

Everybody knows that tulsi drink is good for eyes and good medicine for headache. so I tried to make tulsi drink recipe for summer days.it gives you cool.

Ingredients

  • basil leaves-10
  • gud-1 cup
  • small cardamom-4
  • lemon drops-1
  • water-1 small cup


Direction

grind tulsi leaves with lemon drops and cardmom.
then you heat a pan add water and gud and boil this for 5 min. then keep aside for 5 min. now add tulsi paste. mix well and keep cool for 2 hour. when it cold then you sieve and serve.

Ingredients

crused karela-2
crused carrot-2
crused caulifower-2 kali
crused paneer-1 katori
green chili-2
bread powder-1 katori
chili powder-1/2 table of spoon
salt to taste
oil for fry

Method

take a big bowl add all ingredients and mix well. then you make kabaab shape and deep fry. it's ready to serve with sause.

  2. sugar powder-200gm
  3. roasted cummin powder-3table of spoon
  4. pudina for garnish
  5. black pepper-1/2 table of spoon
  6. ice cubes-10
  7. salt to taste
Method

grind aawlaa and sugar powder.take a bowl mix water 1 katori,cummin powder,salt and black pepper.then take a big glass add 10 ice cubes and add this drink over them. serve with pudina leaves.

I try to make something new and delicious recipe at home.try it.


Ingredients 


  • boiled and crused corn- 400gm
  • ginger garlic paste- 1-1 table of spoon
  • garam masala- 3table of spoon
  • cashew nut paste- 2 table of spoon
  • cheese- 2 table of spoon
  • chopped onion- 2
  • oregano- 2 table of spoon
  • chaat masala- 1 table of spoon
  • cummin seeds- 2 table of spoon
  • black pepper- 1/2 table of spoon
  • lemon drops- 1 table of spoon
  • salt to taste
Method

press boiled corn with your hand for all extra  water has out of. then take a big bowl and put crused corn and all ingredients then mix this mixture well and keep aside for 1 hour.then you make small size bolls and make a long shape.thread the sink into skewers and cook in tandoor with butter and also cook until it golden brown. remove from skewers and put the corn sink in a plate.then you squeeze lime juice and black pepper over them and serve.

Ingredients:-
postu- 1 big katori
onion- 2 
red chilli paste- 1table of spoon
garlic paste- 1 table of spoon
corn flour- 3 table of spoon
oil for shallow fry
salt to taste

Method:-
grind postu on grinder with little water. then take a bowl add grinding postu,chopped cut onion,garlic and chilli paste,corn flour and salt and mix well then you make a tikia in this mixture and shallow fry this tikia. and serve with sause. like awesome taste.

Shorva


shorva is easy to make at home and mostly used for mutton or biryani.

Ingredients


onion- 2 big size

green chilli- 1
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
chilli powder- 1/2 table of spoon
garam masala powder- 1 table of spoon
cumeen powder- 1 table of spoon
lemon drops- 1 table of spoon
tomato- 1
cloves and cardamon- 1 
cinnamon stick- 1
chopped coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
oil- 3 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method


heat a pan add oil add cloves,cardamon and cinnamon stick then fry onions till golden brown. then add tomato and fry. add all spices and salt mix them and fry it for 5 min then add 1 cup of water.and cook it for 5 min then off the gass. garnish with lemon drops and coriander leaves. serve it with biryani.

this is chinese recipe. i think many people like spicy and yummie dishes.so today i am trying to make this recipe who make easy  and tasty.

Ingredients:-


potato - 1/2 kg small size

chopped capsicum - 1 
chopped cabbage- 1 bowl
chopped carrot - 1
onion - 1
green chilli - 1
long cut size ginger - 1 table of spoon
chopped garlic - 1 table of spoon
soya sause - 2 table of spoon
chilli sause - 1 table of spoon
tomato sause - 5 table of spoon
flour or maida- 2 table of spoon
corn flour - 4 table of spoon
chilli powder- 1/2 table of spoon
black salt - 1 table of spoon
black pepper - 1/2 table of spoon
cummin powder - 1 table of spoon
vinegar - 1/2 table of spoon

How to make:-

first of all, boil potato. when it boil remove their skin and cut into two parts.then you take a big bowl and put potato in this bowl add corn flour, maida, pinch of black salt.cummin powder 1/2 table of spoon, black pepper pinch of,and chilli powder. mix all this. then you deep fry this potato when it till golden brown. heat another bowl .add ginger and garlic.when it red then add onion and fry this. add capsisum carrot and cabbage fry this also. when it till red then add all remaining spices and sauses.mix all this. then add 1 cup of water and boiled one time. serve this recipe with naan.
