Namkeen Kachori Recipe Of Orissa

Khasta namkeen kachori

poori is a very popular indian bread.and i make different type of poories only on special occasions.or when we have guests at home. so today we will learn how to make khasta namkeen kachori famous in orrisa.i hope you like that.


Ingredients:-

rava aata-1 katori
cummin seeds-1 table of spoon
boiled potato-5
green chilli and garlic paste-2 table of spoon
turmeric powder-1 table of spoon
green coriander leaves-1 table of spoon
oil to fry
salt to taste

Method:-

take a bowl add cummin seeds,oil 1 table of spoon and salt. then knead into hard dough. then you make stuffing. heat a pan add oil and cummin seeds and chilli garlic paste fry it for 5 min add boiled potato, salt and spices.then mix it well and fry for 5 min add coriander leaves.stuffing is ready.now you make small round balls of the dough and feel this mixture and spread all the rolls. now you fry each one of them in the hot oil or refine.it's ready to serve.
