Hot and spicy rohu fish curry within 20 min

everybody knows that fishes are very rich in calcium.specially rohu indian fishes are good source of energy.today i make rohu fish curry i hope you like that.

for 4 persons
time 20 min

Ingredients
rohu fish- 8 pieces
tomato- 2
red chilli- 2
turmeric powder- 2 table of spoon 
mustard seeds- 1 table of spoon
mustard paste- 1/2 table of spoon
garlic paste- 1 table of spoon
coriander paste- 1 table of spoon
oil- 1 katori
lemon drops- 1 table of spoon
green leaves for decorate
salt to taste

Method
first of all wash fish with water and few wheat flour.now take a bowl add fish, 1 table of spoon turmeric powder and salt to taste.mix well and keep aside for 5 min.then make 1 tomato paste and 1 red chilli paste.heat a pan add oil to deep fry fish.when it till red remove from oil.then in remaining oil add mustard seeds and 1 chopped tomato fry it.add all paste and remaining ingredients.fry it red for 5 min.now add 2 cup of water.when it boil now add rohu fish fry.mix well and remove from fire.decorate with green leaves.it's ready to taste.

Oats for 1 year baby

this is a healthy and tasty breakfast recipe for kids.and easy to make..it is safe.and there was no side effect.i also give my 1 year baby and he likes so much.

time- 5 min

Ingredients:-
dry apple and strawberry flavour oats- 1 small pack
milk- 2 cup
sugar- 1/2 table of spoon

Method:-
heat a pan add milk and boil this.now add oats and sugar mix well.cook 4 min.it's ready to serve.

gram flour veg

gram flour is a very popular specially when you don't have any veg.and you are thinking and thinking what i will cook today.you try to make this veg within 20 min.and taste is awesome.try it now.

for- 5 persons
time- 20 min

Ingredients:-
gram flour (besan)- 100 gm
onion-1 big size
tomato- 1
turmeric powder- 1 table of spoon
red chili powder- 1 table of spoon
garam masala- 1 table of spoon
cummin seeds powder- 1 table of spoon
tejpatta or bay leaves- 1
cummin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
oil
baking powder- 1/2 table of spoon
green coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method
first of all grind tomato,onion,and dry garam masala.make a fine paste.then take a bowl add besan,turmeric powder,baking powder,salt and 1 table of spoon oil.add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.then boil 4 cup of water.make a tiny balls and add this water over them.when it boiled in 2 min.remove this balls into water.and now deep fry this balls.remaining water you can use for gravy.now heat a pan.add 3 table of spoon oil add bay leaves and cummin seeds when it till red add grinding paste and mix well till red.now add all remaining ingredients.fry it for 5 min.add remaining water.when boil this.serve with green coriander leaves.

Fresh fruit custard recipe at home

this taste is awesome and everybody like this custard in summer days.fruit custard is a tasty and healthy dessert.you just make within 10 min.i hope you like this.

Ingredients
vanilla flavour custard powder- 3 big table of spoon
apple-1
banana-1
grapes- 1cup
cherry- 5-10
sugar powder-4 big table of spoon
milk-1/2 litre

Method
mix custard powder with 3 table of spoon milk taken from 1/2 litre milk,and make a paste.boil the remaining milk add sugar powder.add custard paste slowly to boil milk.mix well for 5 min.let it cool and add all fruits.garnish with cherry.it's ready to taste.

Fresh and yummy bread sandwich at home

Everybody knows that bread is easy to make at home.specially when you go to office and you are too late.no time you have.so serve this fresh and yummy bread sandwich quick at home.

time - 5 min

Ingredients:-
bread - 1 pack
tomato- 1 big size
onion- 1
cucumber- 1 
black pepper- 1/2 table of spoon
black salt to spread
butter- 1 table of spoon as per bread 
tomato sause- 1 cup

Method:-
wash vegetables.and cut onion,tomato and cucumber in round shape.heat a pan add butter when it heat add bread and toast it red then add a slice of cucumber,tomato and onion.add tomato sause in middle.now spread pepper and salt.it's ready to serve.
