Ingredients:-
fresh carrot- 1kg
cream milk- 1 big cup
mawa or khoya- 250gm
chopped cashew nuts- 8-10
chopped almonds- 5
kismis- 6-8
cardamom powder- 1table of spoon
sugar- 250gm
ghee or refine- 250gm

Method:-
wash and grate carrots.now heat a big pan.add ghee and carrots.fry it for 10 min.now add mawa and fry this also for 5 min.when carrot cooked then add cardamom powder,nuts,milk and sugar.now cook it for 5 min.serve with nuts.

Mix veg Paratha For Healthy Breakfast

For today's breakfast I made a quick mixed vegetable paratha.very healthy and perfect.try it.

for- 3 peoples
time- 15 min

Ingredients:-
wheat flour- 1/2 kg
couliflower- 2 kali
onion- 1
carrot- 1
beans- 5-6
capsicum- 1 small size
green chili- 1
green coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
oregano- 1/2 table of spoon
refine- 1 cup
salt to taste

Method:-
wash all vegetables.cut in very small pieces.now boil 2 cup of water add all vegetables except onion and coriander leaves.cook for 5 min.remove from gass.now sieve this vegetables.take 1 big bowl add wheat flour, oregano and all vegetables.now add 2 table of spoon refine and salt to taste.doudh with remaining vegetables stock to bind into a semi soft dough.pinch a small dough.roll it out into a small circle.now heat a tava and keep the flat bread on it.give 1 table of refine and cook both side.serve hot.

preparation time- 10 min

Ingredients:-
sevai- 1 cup
onion- 1 small size
green chili- 1
capsicum- 1 small size
carrot- 1
fresh beans- 5-6
cauliflower- 2 kali
ginger- 1 table of spoon
mustard seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
oil or refine- 4 table of spoon
urad daal- 1 table of spoon
cashew nut for garnish- 5 
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
vegetable stock or water- 2 cup
salt to taste

Method:-
wash all vegetables. cut in very small pieces.heat a pan add 1 table of spoon oil and fry sevai.when it till golden brown.then remove from gass.heat another pan add mustard seeds and ginger.when it till red then add urad daal.fry it 2 sec.add all vegetables and fry it for 5 min.now add turmeric powder and salt.mix well.add water or vegetable stock and sevai.cook for 5 to 8 min.now remove from gass.serve with fried cashew-nuts.

Ingredients:-
fresh beans- 5-6
broccoli- 2-3
carrot- 2 small size
sweet potato- 1
black salt to taste

Method:-
wash your hand before cooking of baby food.then wash your vegetables.now cut chopped carrot,beans and sweet potato.cut 1 by 1 pieces of broccoli.then boil 4 cup of water.add all vegetables.and cook for 5 min with lid.when all veg cook then remove it on the gass.now take a bowl and sieve this stock.grind this veg with 2 table of spoon with remaining vegetable stock.now take a small bowl add this smoothie and spread black salt over them.it's ready to serve.you can store this smoothie in ice cubes tray for 2 month.

cut chili in between two parts.heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds. when it will heat then add chopped tomato and chili.now fry both of this.when it till red add turmeric powder,salt and 1 table of spoon water. mix well.after a few min add 1 cup of water.and boil it for 5 min.serve this spicy gravy for lunch.

rohu fish- 8 pieces
tomato- 2
red chilli- 2
turmeric powder- 2 table of spoon 
mustard seeds- 1 table of spoon
mustard paste- 1/2 table of spoon
garlic paste- 1 table of spoon
coriander paste- 1 table of spoon
oil- 1 katori
lemon drops- 1 table of spoon
green leaves for decorate
salt to taste

Method
first of all wash fish with water and few wheat flour.now take a bowl add fish, 1 table of spoon turmeric powder and salt to taste.mix well and keep aside for 5 min.then make 1 tomato paste and 1 red chilli paste.heat a pan add oil to deep fry fish.when it till red remove from oil.then in remaining oil add mustard seeds and 1 chopped tomato fry it.add all paste and remaining ingredients.fry it red for 5 min.now add 2 cup of water.when it boil now add rohu fish fry.mix well and remove from fire.decorate with green leaves.it's ready to taste.

tejpatta or bay leaves- 1
cummin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
oil
baking powder- 1/2 table of spoon
green coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method
first of all grind tomato,onion,and dry garam masala.make a fine paste.then take a bowl add besan,turmeric powder,baking powder,salt and 1 table of spoon oil.add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.then boil 4 cup of water.make a tiny balls and add this water over them.when it boiled in 2 min.remove this balls into water.and now deep fry this balls.remaining water you can use for gravy.now heat a pan.add 3 table of spoon oil add bay leaves and cummin seeds when it till red add grinding paste and mix well till red.now add all remaining ingredients.fry it for 5 min.add remaining water.when boil this.serve with green coriander leaves.

time- 1/2 an hour

Ingredients:-


chopped cabbage- 1 big bowl
chopped carrot- 1 bowl
chopped onion- 2
chopped garlic- 2 table of spoon
chopped green chilli- 1 table of spoon
chopped ginger- 1 table of spoon
soya sause- 2 table of spoon
vinegar- 1 table of spoon
cummin powder- 1 table of spoon
maida- 1/2 kg
oregano- 1 table of spoon
refine for fry
sugar- 1 table of spoon
green coriander leaves
salt to taste

Method:-


take a big bowl and add maida, oregano, sugar, 4 table of spoon refine and salt to taste.mix this well and make a dough.leave it for 10 min.

now you make stuffing.

heat a pan add 2 table of spoon refine, add ginger garlic. saute this.now add onion and veg.fry this when it till red.add vinegar.soya sause,cummin powder and salt to taste.mix this well and cook for 5 min.off the gass.and mix coriander leaves.keep cool this mixture.now take a dough and make small size balls.add this mixture and close fine with your hands.now make puri size and fry this with refine.serve with chole or mix veg.

boil nutrela- 1 bowl
ginger garlic paste- 1 table of spoon
thick curd- 1 cup
turmeric powder- pinch of
cardamom powder- 1/2 table of spoon
nutmeg powder or paste- 1/2 table of spoon
red chili powder- 1/2 table of spoon
aamchur powder- 1 table of spoon
lemon drops- 1 table of spoon

How to make:-

take a bowl add curd and all remaining spices also 1 table of spoon oil.mix them properly now add boiled nutrela mix them and keep aside for 5 an hour.now you cook with some oil on grilled seekh.taste it.

Method

take a big bowl add maida, baking powder, and pinch of salt mix them properly and make dough with water.
heat a pan add garlic and onion fry this.add all veg and fry.now add pinch of salt ,vinegar,soya sause and pepper.
roll the dough thin give a round shape add filling in the center.now cover the filling.stim at 10 min.serve with green chilli sause and chutni.

ingredients:-
for litti-
sattu or gram flour- 200 gm
wheat flour- 1/2 kg
chopped onoin-2 
chopped green chilli- 2
chopped garlic- 2 table of spoon
lemon-1
oregano- 1/2 table of spoon
refine oil- 3 table of spoon
salt to taste 
oil for deep fry

ingredients for baigan bharta-
baigan- 1 big size
tomato- 2 big size
green chilli-2
chopped garlic- 2 table of spoon
oil- 2 table of spoon
salt to taste

method for bharta-
first of all take baigan wash and apply some oil and keep it for roasting on fire.tomato also roast on fire at 10 min.remove the baigan and peel the skin with water.now chopped this with your hand or knife.add chopped garlic and chilli add oil and salt.mix them and serve with coriander leaves.

method for litti
take sattu in a big bowl .add garlic,chilli,onion,oregano,lemon drops and salt.mix them properly feeling is ready.
now take another bowl add wheat flour add 3 table of spoon refine oil and mix them properly like daugh.now you make litti with this dough and feel sattu. close with hand.now you deep fry with oil.it's ready.

Ingredients:-

  1. muli or radish- 250gm or 4 pieces
  2. onion- 200 gm or 2 big size
  3. peas- 1 table of spoon
  4. ginger garlic paste- 2 table of spoon
  5. 1 onion ,1 tomato and 1 red chilli paste
  6. besan- 100 gm
  7. turmeric powder- 1 table of spoon
  8. garam masala powder- 1 table of spoon
  9. cummin powder- 2 table of spoon
  10. tejpatta- 1 or 2
  11. cummin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
  12. oil
  13. chopped green coriander leaves-  2 table of spoon
  14. salt to taste
Method:-

wash muli and cut in small size then cut onion blend  both (not fine paste) without water. then take a bowl. keep this mixture.add besan 1/2 table of spoon turmeric powder. 1/2 table of spoon red chili powder.1/2 table of spoon oil salt to taste and 1 table of spoon coriander leaves.mix this and make a bolls.then hit a big kadhai add oil and fry it till golden brown.then keep aside.now make curry.
hit kadhai add tejpatta cummin seeds when it hot then you add onion, chilli and tomato paste fry it for 5 min add all spices and salt.mix this and fry again 5 to 10 min.now add 2 cup of water.and boil this.keep in cool place serve with coriander leaves.believe me just awesome taste with chapati's.

  • moong daal- 1 cup(soaked in water for 5 hour)
  • khoya- 50 gm
  • ghee- 1 cup
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • cardamom powder- 2 table of spoon
  • dry fruits- 50 gm
Method:-

grind daal and make a fine paste without water.then hit a kadhai add ghee and daal.fry it in low flame till golden brown then you add khoya and all remaining ingredients.mix all. then add water. after boil keep aside in cool place.now keep a greased ghee plate and mix all this for set.now cut pieces and serve.

roasted chna daal - 1/2cup
roasted badam - 1/2 cup
garlic paste - 1table of spoon
red chilli paste - 1/2 table of spoon
black mustard seeds - 1 table of spoon
oil - 1 table of spoon
imli puree - 2 table of spoon

Method:-
first of all soak roasted chna daal and badam for 5min. then you blend in a jar and make a fine paste.add chili paste,and garlic paste. now you chaukh with oil and mustard seeds. finally add imli puree.it's ready.
