Breakfast chinese balls recipe

this is a traditoinal chinese recipe - one that is easy to make at home and perfect for entertaining in breakfast with whole family.I hope you and your family like my yummie recipe.

for 5 persons       preparation time: 15 min
cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients

one pack of bread
one katori crused carrot
one katori crused paneer
one katori crused cabbage
one katori crused cheese
two green chili choped
one table of spoon chili powder
oil 1 big katori salt to taste 

Direction

take a big bowl add paneer, cabbage, cheese  carrot , chili , red chili powder and salt. and mix well. then you cut a side part of bread. take a bowl and put water and pinch of salt then you soak bread. make small ball and stuff the mixture with water. and now you heat a pan and deep fry.this is ready to serve with sause.

Kurkuri pyaju

this recipe is crispy and tasty. you make this recipe as snack. it's nice flavour and crunch. and everybody like this recipe.

Ingredients:-

  • onion - 2 big size
  • besan - 100 gm
  • turmeric powder - 1 table of spoon
  • chopped green coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 200 gm
  • green chili - 2
  • corn flour - 1 table of spoon
  • salt to taste
Procedure:-

cut onion in long pieces. remove the stem and chopped chilies. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. add little water to mix well. then you heat a frying pan on medium heat. then you fry this. and serve this crispy pyaju with chutni.

stuffed kundri


Kundri

try this new recipe.this is stuffed,spicy and tasty.

Ingredients:-


  • one katori kundri
  • 2 dry chili
  • 4 kot of garlic
  • 1 katori chna daal
  • 2 table of spoon cumeen seeds
  • kari patta
  • salt to taste

Method:-

first of all cut and slit the kundries.heat oil and fry it.
then take a frying pan and roast chili, cumeen seeds, garlic, and chna daal then you grind this on grinder.
 you light fry this mixture with oil. and stuff into kundri and shaloow fry. now you chaukh with oil, chili, and kari patta.it's ready to serve.

sabudana burger

Burger

one of the most perfect recipe during a lot of guest come at your home and you think to give him a wonderful and unique breakfast.



Ingredients
  1. bun bread  4-6
  2. butter  1 table of spoon
  3. curd 1 big spoon
  4. sabudana  1/2 cup(1/2 hour soak in water)
  5. boiled potato  1 1/2 cup
  6. lemon drops  1 table of spoon
  7. roasted mongfali  1 big spoon
  8. onion  1 big size
  9. green chili  1
  10. chopped green coriander leaves  1/4 cup
  11. red chili powder  1/2 table of spoon
  12. tomato  1 1/2 cup
  13. oil  1 cup
  14. salt to taste

Direction
take a bowl put sabudana and add potato, lemon drops, mongfali, onion, green chili, green leaves, red chili powder, tomato sause and salt. mix all the ingredients. and make a tikki size then you can   shallow fry with oil.

now you take bun bread and cut into between two parts. you prepare a mixture of butter and curd then you spread this into bun bread and put tikki and slice of onion , sause. it's ready to serve.

you always make jackfruit recipes but this spicy indian mughlai  recipe cooked in different style.enjoy the mughlai kathal with rice and chapati.

Ingredients

  • oil                                                                                     100 gm
  • jackfruit                                                                            500gm
  • turmeric powder                                                1 table of spoon
  • ginger-garlic paste                                            1 table of spoon
  • curd                                                                    4 table of spoon
  • onion paste                                                            1 small katori
  • cashew nut paste                                                   1 small katori
  • tomato purie                                                       4 table of spoon
  • coriander powder                                               2 table of spoon
  • cumeen seeds powder                                        2 table of spoon
  • garam masala                                                    1 table of spoon
  • red chili powder                                                 1 table of spoon
  • salt to taste


Method

take a bowl add oil 2 table of spoon, jackfruit (without boil ), salt, ginger garlic paste, and curd then you mix this mixture and fry on the frying pan.
then you prepare gravy. you keep frying pan on the flame. when it hot you add oil when oil heat you add onino paste and fry it red then mix cashew nut paste. and fry it 5 min then you mix  tomato purie,cumeen seeds powder,coriander powder,chili powder,salt, and mix well fry well then you add fried jackfruit and mix well finally add a cup of water and cook it 10 min.it's ready to serve.

Annardana paratha (without ghee or oil)

Annardana paratha


Paratha is a popular breakfast bread from Punjab. Generally you cook paratha with ghee,butter and oil. but this paratha i cooked with water. and beleive me this is awesome and healthy also. I just want to say with you pl you try this recipe.


Ingredients:-

  • flour - 2 cup
  • curd - 1 table of spoon
  • milk - 2 table of spoon
  • boiled potato - 2
  • anardana powder - 2 table of spoon
  • onion - 1
  • green chili - 1
  • green leaves - 1 table of spoon ( crused )
  • salt to taste


Method:-


Take a bowl put flour,curd and salt. and dough it soft. then keep aside for half an hour. now you prepare for stuffing.you take a bowl add potato (crused ) , annardana powder, green chili, green leaves, chopped onion and salt to taste. mix all the ingredients. then you cut flour into cubes and fill anaardana mixture in this cubes. then you cook paratha with water. ready to serve with aachar.

yummieeeeee cutlet

suzi and paneer cutlet recipe


you can make vegatable cutlets easily at home.but this recipe is different and unique. you will eat as in your breakfast.I love this recipe.i hope you will also like that.


Ingredients:-

milk - 1 cup
suji - 1/2 cup
crushed paneer - 1/2 cup
green leaves 
green chili - 2
oil ( for fry )
salt to taste


How to make:-

take a bowl add milk and suji then you cook at 5 min add paneer, salt, green leaves and green chili. cooked at 10 min.

then keep cool this mixture. now you take a big plate and spread this mixture on the plate. you cut pieces and then deep fry it in warm oil on medium heat till golden brown. do not make it very dark brown.
serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.

I added a twist to my recipe and included eggs. my family love these. and this is simple and easy to make at home easily.


Ingredients:-
  1. eggs - 10
  2. gud - 750 gm
  3. kevra assense - 5 drops
  4. red pumpkeen - 100 gm
Directions:-

take a bowl mix eggs and gud well add kevra assense. cut pumpkeen and over it then you steam this mixture at 20 min. after that you cut into pieces and serve.

4. Watermelon Smoothie


Summer days are very hot days so every body want's something cool in this days. you could blend your own healthy summer smoothies at home.

Ingredients :-

watermelon - 1/2 kg
strawberry - 5-6
mint leaves - 5
chopped ginger - 1/2 table of spoon
Ice cubes - 5-6

Directions :-

Cut the watermelon( remove seeds ) and freeze it 10 min. Combine first five ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. serve over ice.

fast surving idli

suzi or rava idli


     this recipe is fast to make in breakfast.
For 5 persons
Preparation time :- 5 min
Total time  :- 10-15 min

Ingredients:

  1. suji or rava - 250gm
  2. curd - 100gm
  3. pinch of salt
  4. eno or baking soda - 1/2 table of spoon
Chaukh for idli :
  • oil : 1table of spoon
  • rie : 1table of spoon
  • hing to taste
  • dry chili : 1
  • kadi leaves 

How to make:

first of all you take a big bowl. then put suji in this bowl. add curd ,soda and salt. you mix well this mixture. keep aside for 10 min.now add Eno .mix well. then you steam this mixture in idli jaar for 10 min.it's ready to chaukh. heat a pain for chaukh. add oil, rai, hing,kadi leaves and chili. it's ready to serve. you can serve this idli with green chutney or sambhar.

2. Sweet and Spicy Mango Mint Chutney


This is a quick and very tasty chutney.


Total time: 15 min

Ingredients:

Original recipe makes 4 servings

1 bunch fresh mint leaves
1 green mango
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt to taste
Pinch of red chilli powder
½ table spoon oil


Directions:

Cut the mango and clean mint leaves.
Blend the following in a food processor until smooth:
Add oil,sugar,chilli and salt to taste.
Tasty chutney is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

½ KG MILK

1 CUP SUGAR
1/2 TSP CARDAMON POWDER (ELAICHI)
10 ALMOND (BADAM)
10-12 RAISINS (KISHMISH)
100 GM MAWA

How to make mawa khir:

Fry Mawa in a pan until it turns light brown and then remove it from the flame.
Grind Mawa to a powder.
Boil Milk.
Finally chop almonds.
Mix sugar, almonds, raisins, cardamom powder and Mawa.
Mix Sugar.
Take them out and store the mawa khir.
