fresh and healthy fruit smoothie for babies

fruit smoothie
fruit are filled with essential vitamins and calciums for your baby.and very important to give healthy homemade food.try it.

for 2 babies
time 5 min
Ingredients:- 
fresh banana- 1
blue berry- 5-6
nuts- 3-4
boiled apple- 1
cherry- 2-3

Method:-
mashed banana with fork.now remove skin of apple and boil this for 3 min.now grind all fruits and nuts in grinder or juicer.serve with cherries.

fresh green veg smoothie for babies

Green veg smoothie
u know that some mother's are disappoint to feed his babies.and say what to give him.my baby does not eat anything.how can i keep to fit healthy and conscious for him.so i will try to make this vegetable smoothie which is so yummy and your baby will also like this smoothie.try it and write to comment below.
for 2 babies
time 5 min
Ingredients:-
fresh beans- 5-6
broccoli- 2-3
carrot- 2 small size
sweet potato- 1
black salt to taste

Method:-
wash your hand before cooking of baby food.then wash your vegetables.now cut chopped carrot,beans and sweet potato.cut 1 by 1 pieces of broccoli.then boil 4 cup of water.add all vegetables.and cook for 5 min with lid.when all veg cook then remove it on the gass.now take a bowl and sieve this stock.grind this veg with 2 table of spoon with remaining vegetable stock.now take a small bowl add this smoothie and spread black salt over them.it's ready to serve.you can store this smoothie in ice cubes tray for 2 month.
