Ingredients:-
fresh carrot- 1kg
cream milk- 1 big cup
mawa or khoya- 250gm
chopped cashew nuts- 8-10
chopped almonds- 5
kismis- 6-8
cardamom powder- 1table of spoon
sugar- 250gm
ghee or refine- 250gm
Method:-
wash and grate carrots.now heat a big pan.add ghee and carrots.fry it for 10 min.now add mawa and fry this also for 5 min.when carrot cooked then add cardamom powder,nuts,milk and sugar.now cook it for 5 min.serve with nuts.

For today's breakfast I made a quick mixed vegetable paratha.very healthy and perfect.try it.
for- 3 peoples
time- 15 min
Ingredients:-
wheat flour- 1/2 kg
couliflower- 2 kali
onion- 1
carrot- 1
beans- 5-6
capsicum- 1 small size
green chili- 1
green coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
oregano- 1/2 table of spoon
refine- 1 cup
salt to taste
Method:-
wash all vegetables.cut in very small pieces.now boil 2 cup of water add all vegetables except onion and coriander leaves.cook for 5 min.remove from gass.now sieve this vegetables.take 1 big bowl add wheat flour, oregano and all vegetables.now add 2 table of spoon refine and salt to taste.doudh with remaining vegetables stock to bind into a semi soft dough.pinch a small dough.roll it out into a small circle.now heat a tava and keep the flat bread on it.give 1 table of refine and cook both side.serve hot.

we all know that some kids are not like to eat vegetables.so we should try some unique and different recipe for our kids.today i tried to make sevai upma recipe.this is a simple,healthy and nutritious breakfast recipe for kids.try it.

Ingredients:-
sevai- 1 cup
onion- 1 small size
green chili- 1
capsicum- 1 small size
carrot- 1
fresh beans- 5-6
cauliflower- 2 kali
ginger- 1 table of spoon
mustard seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
oil or refine- 4 table of spoon
urad daal- 1 table of spoon
cashew nut for garnish- 5
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
vegetable stock or water- 2 cup
salt to taste
Method:-
wash all vegetables. cut in very small pieces.heat a pan add 1 table of spoon oil and fry sevai.when it till golden brown.then remove from gass.heat another pan add mustard seeds and ginger.when it till red then add urad daal.fry it 2 sec.add all vegetables and fry it for 5 min.now add turmeric powder and salt.mix well.add water or vegetable stock and sevai.cook for 5 to 8 min.now remove from gass.serve with fried cashew-nuts.
