Mango chutney khatta meetha

Mango chutney

this is another type of chutney like khatta meetha chutney.I hope you like it.

time 10-15 min
for 3 people

Ingredients
kacha mango- 1
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
sugar- 1 table of spoon
panchforan- 1/2 table of spoon
oil- 1 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method
cut in small pieces of mango.now boil it with water for 5 min.then put all mango cubes in the plate without water.heat a pan add oil and panchforan when it till red add mango and fry it for 5 min then add salt, sugar and turmeric powder mix it well.add 1/2 cup of water and boil it for 5 sec.now it's ready.

you always make brinjal bhaja for lunch but pumpkin bhaja is one of the new and crispy recipe for lunch.try it now it's very easy to make.

time:- 10 min

Ingredients

red pumpkin- 100 gm
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
black pepper- pinch of
oil to shallow fry
salt to taste

Method
wash pumpkin with water.now cut in shape as your wish like bhaja cutting.now take a bowl put pumpkin add turmeric powder and salt.mix well.now heat a pan add oil.shallow fry this pumpkins.when it till red off the gass.serve in plate.spread black pepper.now it's ready.

Sweet Rice Pulao Recipe

sweet rice is a Bengali dish but many people like this recipe.because this recipe is flavorful,easy to cook and light food.now you can read below how to cook this recipe???

time:-15-20 min
for 5 people

Ingredients
govind bhog chawal- 200gm
ghee or refine- 1 cup
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
cashew nuts- 6-8
raisins- 2 table of spoon
bay leaves- 2
cloves- 4
cardamoms- 4
cinnamon- 1 small
salt- pinch of
sugar- 2 table of spoon

Method
wash the rice well.dry it for 1 hour and spread it under a fan.when it dried then add turmeric powder, 1 table of spoon ghee or refine and salt.mix it well.keep aside.heat a pan add all dry masala and let it splutter.add rice stir for  5 min.when it till light red add 2 cup of water and cook on low flame.when rice cook well add sugar.mix well.now this is ready.
