Patal Postu

This is a popular dish from West Bengal.

this is a quick meal.and u love this recipe with rice.try it.

time- 15 min
for 2 peoples

Ingredients:-
patal- 250gm
postu or poppy seeds- 1 table of spoon
cumin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
mustard seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
green chili- 3-4
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
sugar- 1 small table of spoon
oil- 3 table of spoon
panchforan- 1/2 table of spoon
curry leaves- 4-5
salt to taste

Method:-
cut patal in long size of shape.then grind postu,cumin seeds,and mustard seeds on your grinder.make a paste.now heat a pan add oil.add panchforan and curry leaves.when it till red add patal and fry it for 5 min.now add postu paste and all remaining ingredients.mix it well and fry for 5 min.add 1/2 cup of water.cover with lid only 3-4 min.it's ready for lunch.

Cabbage Fry With Postu

cabbage is a leafy green vegetable full of vitamins.

today i make some different type of cabbage fry.i hope u all like this recipe.

time:- 20-25 min
for 3 peoples

Ingredients:-
cabbage- half
chopped onion- 1 
green chili- 1 long size cut
postu or poppy seeds- 2 table of spoon
oil- 3 table of spoon
cumin seeds powder- 1/2 table of spoon
sugar- 1/2 small table of spoon
panchforan- 1/2 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method:-
cut in a very small size of cabbage.grind a fine paste of postu in your mixer grinder with water.heat a pan add oil.add panchforan stir it.now add onion fry it till red.add cabbage and fry it for 5 min.now add cumin powder, sugar and salt.mix well.add postu and fry it for 5 min.cover with lid for 5 min.this is ready for lunch.
