cabbage is a leafy green vegetable full of vitamins.
today i make some different type of cabbage fry.i hope u all like this recipe.
time:- 20-25 min
for 3 peoples
Ingredients:-
cabbage- half
chopped onion- 1
green chili- 1 long size cut
postu or poppy seeds- 2 table of spoon
oil- 3 table of spoon
cumin seeds powder- 1/2 table of spoon
sugar- 1/2 small table of spoon
panchforan- 1/2 table of spoon
salt to taste
Method:-
cut in a very small size of cabbage.grind a fine paste of postu in your mixer grinder with water.heat a pan add oil.add panchforan stir it.now add onion fry it till red.add cabbage and fry it for 5 min.now add cumin powder, sugar and salt.mix well.add postu and fry it for 5 min.cover with lid for 5 min.this is ready for lunch.
