Badam and Chna Daal Chutney

this chutney is used as dosa, idly, sambhar bda and normally used.I make this recipe with few ingredients.try this.

for 5 persons
time- 10 min

Ingredients:-
roasted chna daal - 1/2cup
roasted badam - 1/2 cup
garlic paste - 1table of spoon
red chilli paste - 1/2 table of spoon
black mustard seeds - 1 table of spoon
oil - 1 table of spoon
imli puree - 2 table of spoon

Method:-
first of all soak roasted chna daal and badam for 5min. then you blend in a jar and make a fine paste.add chili paste,and garlic paste. now you chaukh with oil and mustard seeds. finally add imli puree.it's ready.

Crispy Pyaju Paratha ( evening breakfast )

this is normal paratha. when you feeling hungry like to make fast serving and want to make with few ingredients.try to make and enjoy in the evening.

for 6 to 8 persons
time- 10 min

Ingredients-
chopped onion-2 big size
green chilli-2
wheat flour- 1/2 kg
chopped green coriander leaves-1 table of spoon
oil for frying parathas
salt to taste

Method-
take a big bowl mix flour and all remaining ingredients. now add water and make a soft dough.make a balls and roll a round shape. then apply oil and cook both sides.it's ready to serve.

this drink is good in digestion.make at home easily with few ingredients.

Ingredients:-
  1. jeera (cummin)-1 table of spoon
  2. milk-2 table of spoon
  3. jaggery syrup- 2 table of spoon
  4. water- 2 cup

Method:-

boil water add jeera boil for 5 min with a lid.put off fire.strain after sometime.add milk and jaggery syrup.you can also be added to tulsi.
it's ready.

Method:-

wash grass well. pound on a mortar with a little water.strain with a wet cloth or cut to small pieces and blend in a mixer with a little water for about 5 min.it's ready to serve.believe that it has a very bland taste.

  • carrot-1
  • cabbage-2 leaves
  • coriander leaves-1cup chopped
  • tomato-1
  • cummin seeds-1/2 table of spoon
  • flour-1/2 kg
  • salt to taste
Method

wash vegetables and cut in small size then boil it.mix well.and blend with tomato.add cummin seeds and salt.add flour and mix well the dough.roll the rotis and heat the pan. cook on both sides with ghee or oil.serve hot.

Spicy Chinese Pasta

now everybody like noodles and pasta and also like all chinese recipes.this is chinese recipe and make fast at home.i hope you like this.

for 5 persons
time 1/2 an hour




Ingredients

pasta-1 bowl
onion-2 Chinese cutting
green capsicum-1 Chinese cutting
cabbage- 1 bowl chopped
green chili-2 long size cutting
chopped garlic-2 table of spoon
black pepper-1/2 table of spoon
tomato ketchup-1 small bowl
chili sauce - 1 table of spoon
so ya sauce- 1 table of spoon
vinegar- 1 table of spoon
chopped ginger-1 table of spoon
refine oil-4 table of spoon
cumin powder- 1/2 table of spoon
salt to taste
chopped green coriander leaves-2 table of spoon

Method

boil pasta and keep aside.then you heat a pan add oil ginger and garlic then add onion and capsicum fry it.when it till golden brown then you add all remaining ingredients.mix it well add pasta.now you mix and garnish with green coriander leaves.it's ready to serve.
