Crispy Pyaju Paratha ( evening breakfast )

Pyaju Paratha


this is normal paratha. when you feeling hungry like to make fast serving and want to make with few ingredients.try to make and enjoy in the evening.

for 6 to 8 persons
time- 10 min

Ingredients-
chopped onion-2 big size
green chilli-2
wheat flour- 1/2 kg
chopped green coriander leaves-1 table of spoon
oil for frying parathas
salt to taste

Method-
take a big bowl mix flour and all remaining ingredients. now add water and make a soft dough.make a balls and roll a round shape. then apply oil and cook both sides.it's ready to serve.
