Patal Ka Murabba



you know that some people doesn't like patal veg.so today i tried to make homemade sweet as patal ka murabba.i know you all like sweets after dinner.so try to make this sweet i know that all people would love them.

Ingredients:-
fresh patal- 1/2 kg
khoya- 200gm
elaichi powder- 2 table of spoon
sugar powder for filling- 2 small cup
sugar for chasni- 2 small cup
almonds powder- 1 cup
almonds for garnish- 4

Method:-
first of all scrape the patal.keep the scrapings.slit the patals.remove the seeds and discard them.now boil 3 cup of water.add patal.and boil them 5 min.keep 5 min in boil water with lid.now heat a pan for chasni.add sugar and 1 cup of water.boil them.when chasni is ready keep aside.take a plate put patal without water.add patal in chasni.keep aside for 1 an hour.now u can ready your stuffing.heat a pan add khoya fry it for 5 min.now off the gass.when it till cool add elaichi powder and sugar powder.mix well.now take 1 by 1 patal and stuff the patals with this stuffing.garnish with almonds.it's ready.
