Fried Idli Recipe just in 5 min



this recipe is as evening snack and just make in 5 min try it.

Ingredients
idli- 5-6
oil or refine to shallow fry- 2-3 table of spoon
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
red chili powder- 1/2 table of spoon
curry leaves- 10
mustard seeds- 1 table of spoon
green chili-2
tomato ketchup for serving
salt to taste

Method
cut idli pieces with knife into small pieces.cut green chili in long size.now heat a pan add mustard seeds let them crackle.then add curry leaves now add idli pieces.let it cook on low flame for 5 min now add turmeric powder and green chili.mix it well.this is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
