Chickpeas or Kabuli Chana Kabaab at home

this recipe for spicy chickpeas is an easy snack to make in the breakfast.this is unique and easy to make at home.try this.

time- 30 min
for 3 peoples

Ingredients:-
chickpeas or kabuli chana - 100gm
chopped onion- 1
green chili- 1

cumin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
chopped coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
coriander powder- 1 table of spoon
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
ginger garlic paste- 1 table of spoon
chat masala- 1 table of spoon
lemon drops- 1/2 table of spoon
biscuit crums- 2 table of spoon
oil to shallow fry
salt to taste

Method:-
soak kabuli chana at whole night.now boil this with salt and turmeric powder.when give a 4-5 whistle off the gass.now remove the access water.heat a pan add 1 table of spoon oil.add cumin seeds when it flutter add onion and fry it for 2-3 min add boiled chickpeas, coriander powder and little salt.fry it for 5 min.now keep aside in cool place.when it be cool then make a paste without water.now take a bowl add this paste and all remaining ingredients like coriander leaves, chat masala, biscuit crums, lemon drops and green chili.mix well.and make a round balls with your hands.now give a tikia shape.and shallow fry in medium flame.when it till golden brown off the gass and serve with onions and tomato ketchup.
