Fried Nutrela With Green Veg




Nutrela is a soya bean chunks which are very rich source of protein and very healthy to eat.so today i prepared this healthy recipe with green veg.try this recipe.




for 2 peoples
preparation time - 15 min
cooking time- 10 min

Ingredients :-
small grated nutrela chunks- 1 small cup
beans- 5-6 pieces Chinese cutting
green capsicum - 1/2 
onion- 1
chopped garlic- 1 table of spoon
green chili- 2
chopped green coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
cumin seeds- 1/2 small table of spoon
sugar- 1/2 table of spoon
vinegar- 1/2 table of spoon
tomato ketchup- 1 table of spoon
chili sauce- 1/2 table of spoon
cumin powder- 1/2 table of spoon
oil- 2 table of spoon
lemon drops- for your taste
salt to taste 

Method:-
boil nutrela with water for 2-3 min.remove all access of water.now cut veg in very small size.now heat a pan add oil.add cumin seeds now add chopped garlic and fry it for 1 min.add all chopped vegetables.and fry it till then red or 5-10 min.now add all remaining ingredients.and mix well.add 1 table of spoon water and cook it for 5 min.now add green coriander leaves.add some lemon drops and serve this with hot chapati.
