Aaloo ki Kachori

                                                          Aaloo ki Kachori

for 2 peoples
time 20 min

Ingredients-
2 cup aata or flour
1 cup suji or rava
2-3 boiled potato
hing pinch of
1/2 table of spoon garam masala
1 table of spoon coriander powder
2 green chili chopped
salt to taste
coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
aamchur powder- pinch of
oil- 1 cup

Method
take a big bowl add flour, suji, 2 tsp oil and salt to taste and mix well now make a dough with warm water.now cover with lead and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

now mash potato in a bowl.heat a pan add 1 tsp oil and add potato,hing,coriander powder,green chili,salt,garam masala and aamchur powder.mix well and fry it on 2-3 min.now remove it on flame.keep cool.now make a small size bolls with dough and fill this mixture.now make puri size shape and fry it on medium flame.serve with chole.

Papad ki sabji in bengali style

Papad ki sabji

how to make papad ki sabji in bengali style ? it's a quick and delicious gravy which can be prepared instantly by frying the papads and sauteing them in gravy.

for 2 peoples
time 15 min

Ingredients-
papad- 3-4
potato- 1chopped in small size
ginger paste- 1/2 table of spoon
cumin paste- 1/2 table of spoon
red chili paste- 1/2 table of spoon
sugar- pinch of
turmeric powder-1/2 table of spoon
oil- 4 table of spoon
coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method
fry this papads in a heat oil.keep aside.now fry this chopped potatoes in a medium flame.while potatoes are red then remove it on flame.now heat a pan add 2 table of spoon oil and add ginger,cumin and chili paste fry it on 5 min now add all remaining ingredients and mix well.fry it on 5 sec.now add 1 cup of water.and boiled them.when it boil add all papads and garnish with coriander leaves.you can add more green chilies.this is ready.

Bda Pav in Mumbai Style

                             Bda Pav

time- 20-25 min
for 2 people

Ingredients:-
pav- 2-4
boiled potato- 2-3
1 cup besan
2 green chili chopped
chopped ginger- 1/2 table of spoon
green coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
chopped garlic- 1 table of spoon
red chili powder- 1/2 table of spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 table of spoon
black mustard seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
1 table of spoon lemon drops
oil- 4-5 table of spoon

Method

crushed potatoes and take aside.then you grind ginger, garlic and green chili.make paste.heat a pan add 2 table of spoon oil and add mustard seeds then add grinding paste fry it 2 sec now add potatoes.add red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt to taste. fry it 1 min in low flame.now add lemon drops and coriander leaves.and switch off the gas. take a bowl add besan and pinch of salt.add water to make paste.now you make small bolls with this potato mixture.then you deep this bolls in a besan paste and fry it till golden brown.now heat a pan add 1 table of spoon oil and toast this pav and add this tikki. put another pav and serve with sauce or green chutney.

bread paneer rolls for kids (10 min recipe)


Bread Paneer Rolls For Kids
for 4 peoples
time:10 min only

Ingredients:-
bread- 6 slices
chopped paneer- 1 cup
chopped onion- 1 small
green chili- 1 chopped
chopped coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
black pepper- 1/2 table of spoon
cumin powder- 1/2 table of spoon
aamchur powder- 1/2 table of spoon
oil or refine to shallow fry- 4 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method

cut side portion of bread and take aside.then you chopped paneer and add all ingredients.mix this well. now get 1 bread and add this mixture in bread like rolls you can take water to close this bread rolls.heat a pan add 1 table of spoon oil.and shallow fry this bread.it's ready to serve.

Mix veg boda for kids

Now I do different combinations like cut up full veg with biscuit crums. The child who doesn't eat green vegetables others don't eat fruits or etc.First of all, relax.because if you force food down then your child will know that and not learn to like it. cook something chatpata for your little ones.


Ingredients

chopped cabbage- 1 small bowl
chopped carrot- 1/2 small bowl
chopped onion- 2 medium
chopped capsicum- 1/2
chopped green chili- 1
chopped coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
corn flour- 2 table of spoon
rice powder- 2 table of spoon
biscuit crums- 2 table of spoon
besan- 3 table of spoon
turmeric powder- 1/2 table of spoon
salt to taste
oil to fry

Method

Take a big bowl add all ingredients except oil.you can add 1 table of spoon oil.now mix well.heat a non stick pan add 2 table of spoon oil.and fry it till red.sprinkle black salt.it's ready to serve.

Sosa Postu Recipe ( cucumber poppy seeds recipe )

Today I am going to make Bengali dish.just say awesome lunch with rice.I hope u like this recipe.
 Ingredients:-

poppy seeds or postu- 100 gm
potato- 1
sosa or cucumber- 2 
turmeric powder- pinch of
oil- 2 small table of spoon
sugar- 1/2 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method:-

wash cucumber and potato.cut medium size. u can see this size in my pic also.heat a pan with oil.add potato and cucumber.now fry this veg for 5-8 min.now add all remaining ingredients.mix well and add 1 table of spoon water.and fry it well for 5 min.this is ready to serve.

Gujarati Besan Dhokla

A perfect tea time Gujarati snack made with gram flour. 

Ingredients:-
gram flour (besan)-200 gm
oil or refine- 4table of spoon
salt pinch of
sugar- 3 table of spoon
Eno- 1
mustard seeds- 1 table of spoon
green chili- 1 or 2
chopped green coriander leaves-1 table of spoon
crushed coconut- for garnish


Method
take a big bowl put besan add 3 table of spoon oil.add pinch of salt and 1 table of spoon sugar.
mix well now add 1 cup of water and mix well.keep aside for 2 an hour.now take another bowl and put 1 table of spoon oil.grease this oil.now add this mixture.add eno and mix well.now place a bowl in a steamer.steam for 10-12 min over medium flame.after 10-12 min,insert a knife into dhokla and check if it come out clean then it is ready otherwise cook 2-3 min more.heat 2 table of spoon oil in a small pan.add mustard seeds when seeds begin to crackle add curry leaves and green chili.saute them for few seconds.add 2 table of spoon sugar and 1/2 cup of water.and bring it to boil.pour it over dhoklas.garnish with green coriander leaves and crushed coconuts.it's ready.

Egg Chili Recipe

Today I am going to make egg chili recipe.this one is very good for starter.you  can say delicious taste and mouth watering Chinese recipe.



















Ingredients-
boiled egg- 2-4
potato- 2 long size cut
capsicum- 1big size
onion- 5-6 medium size
green chili- 3-4
ginger garlic- 1or 2 table of spoon
soya sause- 1 table of spoon
tomato sause- 3-4 table of spoon
chili sause- 2 table of spoon
oil- 1small bowl
cumin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
cumin powder- 1 table of spoon
coriander powder- 1 table of spoon
black pepper powder pinch of
green coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
 salt to taste

Method
heat oil in a kadai.fry boiled eggs.then put eggs in a plate.now add cumin seeds and saute for a minute.add onion capsicum and potatoes.and fry these all when it till red.then add all remain ingredients except fried eggs.now mix and fry all the ingredients for 5-6 min.then add fried eggs and 1 table of spoon water.mix well.ready to serve with coriander leaves.
