Aaloo ki Kachori

                                                          Aaloo ki Kachori

for 2 peoples
time 20 min

Ingredients-
2 cup aata or flour
1 cup suji or rava
2-3 boiled potato
hing pinch of
1/2 table of spoon garam masala
1 table of spoon coriander powder
2 green chili chopped
salt to taste
coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
aamchur powder- pinch of
oil- 1 cup

Method
take a big bowl add flour, suji, 2 tsp oil and salt to taste and mix well now make a dough with warm water.now cover with lead and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

now mash potato in a bowl.heat a pan add 1 tsp oil and add potato,hing,coriander powder,green chili,salt,garam masala and aamchur powder.mix well and fry it on 2-3 min.now remove it on flame.keep cool.now make a small size bolls with dough and fill this mixture.now make puri size shape and fry it on medium flame.serve with chole.

Papad ki sabji in bengali style

Papad ki sabji

how to make papad ki sabji in bengali style ? it's a quick and delicious gravy which can be prepared instantly by frying the papads and sauteing them in gravy.

for 2 peoples
time 15 min

Ingredients-
papad- 3-4
potato- 1chopped in small size
ginger paste- 1/2 table of spoon
cumin paste- 1/2 table of spoon
red chili paste- 1/2 table of spoon
sugar- pinch of
turmeric powder-1/2 table of spoon
oil- 4 table of spoon
coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method
fry this papads in a heat oil.keep aside.now fry this chopped potatoes in a medium flame.while potatoes are red then remove it on flame.now heat a pan add 2 table of spoon oil and add ginger,cumin and chili paste fry it on 5 min now add all remaining ingredients and mix well.fry it on 5 sec.now add 1 cup of water.and boiled them.when it boil add all papads and garnish with coriander leaves.you can add more green chilies.this is ready.

Bda Pav in Mumbai Style

for 2 people

Ingredients:-
pav- 2-4
boiled potato- 2-3
1 cup besan
2 green chili chopped
chopped ginger- 1/2 table of spoon
green coriander leaves- 2 table of spoon
chopped garlic- 1 table of spoon
red chili powder- 1/2 table of spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 table of spoon
black mustard seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
1 table of spoon lemon drops
oil- 4-5 table of spoon

Method

crushed potatoes and take aside.then you grind ginger, garlic and green chili.make paste.heat a pan add 2 table of spoon oil and add mustard seeds then add grinding paste fry it 2 sec now add potatoes.add red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt to taste. fry it 1 min in low flame.now add lemon drops and coriander leaves.and switch off the gas. take a bowl add besan and pinch of salt.add water to make paste.now you make small bolls with this potato mixture.then you deep this bolls in a besan paste and fry it till golden brown.now heat a pan add 1 table of spoon oil and toast this pav and add this tikki. put another pav and serve with sauce or green chutney.

for 4 peoples

Ingredients:-
bread- 6 slices
chopped paneer- 1 cup
chopped onion- 1 small
green chili- 1 chopped
chopped coriander leaves- 1 table of spoon
black pepper- 1/2 table of spoon
cumin powder- 1/2 table of spoon
aamchur powder- 1/2 table of spoon
oil or refine to shallow fry- 4 table of spoon
salt to taste

Method

cut side portion of bread and take aside.then you chopped paneer and add all ingredients.mix this well. now get 1 bread and add this mixture in bread like rolls you can take water to close this bread rolls.heat a pan add 1 table of spoon oil.and shallow fry this bread.it's ready to serve.
