Full veg stuffed chinese kachori for super breakfast

you know how to make many types of kachori but this kachori i make in a very different style.and i gave a unique name of this chinese kachori.try to make at home.it's awesome taste.and your friends will say wao.

for- 5 persons

time- 1/2 an hour

Ingredients:-


chopped cabbage- 1 big bowl
chopped carrot- 1 bowl
chopped onion- 2
chopped garlic- 2 table of spoon
chopped green chilli- 1 table of spoon
chopped ginger- 1 table of spoon
soya sause- 2 table of spoon
vinegar- 1 table of spoon
cummin powder- 1 table of spoon
maida- 1/2 kg
oregano- 1 table of spoon
refine for fry
sugar- 1 table of spoon
green coriander leaves
salt to taste

Method:-


take a big bowl and add maida, oregano, sugar, 4 table of spoon refine and salt to taste.mix this well and make a dough.leave it for 10 min.

now you make stuffing.

heat a pan add 2 table of spoon refine, add ginger garlic. saute this.now add onion and veg.fry this when it till red.add vinegar.soya sause,cummin powder and salt to taste.mix this well and cook for 5 min.off the gass.and mix coriander leaves.keep cool this mixture.now take a dough and make small size balls.add this mixture and close fine with your hands.now make puri size and fry this with refine.serve with chole or mix veg.
