Moong ki chakki

Moong recipe

this is marwari dish and you all enjoy this recipe anytime.make this recipe at home.

for 10 persons
time- 45 min

Ingredients:-

  • moong daal- 1 cup(soaked in water for 5 hour)
  • khoya- 50 gm
  • ghee- 1 cup
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • cardamom powder- 2 table of spoon
  • dry fruits- 50 gm
Method:-

grind daal and make a fine paste without water.then hit a kadhai add ghee and daal.fry it in low flame till golden brown then you add khoya and all remaining ingredients.mix all. then add water. after boil keep aside in cool place.now keep a greased ghee plate and mix all this for set.now cut pieces and serve.
