Momos recipe
momo is a chinese recipe but everybody like this. so enjoy this recipe to make at home with your friends.
for 4 persons
time 30 min
ingredients
chopped carrot- 1 bowl
chopped cabbage- 1 bowl
chopped onion- 1 bowl
chopped green chilli- 1 table of spoon
chopped garlic- 2 table of spoon
maida- 2 cup
vinegar- 1 table of spoon
soya sause- 2 table of spoon
baking powder- 1/2 table of spoon
oil- 2 table of spoon
black pepper- 1/2 table of soon
salt to taste
Method
take a big bowl add maida, baking powder, and pinch of salt mix them properly and make dough with water.
heat a pan add garlic and onion fry this.add all veg and fry.now add pinch of salt ,vinegar,soya sause and pepper.
roll the dough thin give a round shape add filling in the center.now cover the filling.stim at 10 min.serve with green chilli sause and chutni.
