muli kofta curry recipe


                             muli kofta curry

these kofta make a awesome taste at lunch or dinner.try this recipe at home with few ingredients.

for 5 persons
time- 1/2 an hour

Ingredients:-

  1. muli or radish- 250gm or 4 pieces
  2. onion- 200 gm or 2 big size
  3. peas- 1 table of spoon
  4. ginger garlic paste- 2 table of spoon
  5. 1 onion ,1 tomato and 1 red chilli paste
  6. besan- 100 gm
  7. turmeric powder- 1 table of spoon
  8. garam masala powder- 1 table of spoon
  9. cummin powder- 2 table of spoon
  10. tejpatta- 1 or 2
  11. cummin seeds- 1/2 table of spoon
  12. oil
  13. chopped green coriander leaves-  2 table of spoon
  14. salt to taste
Method:-

wash muli and cut in small size then cut onion blend  both (not fine paste) without water. then take a bowl. keep this mixture.add besan 1/2 table of spoon turmeric powder. 1/2 table of spoon red chili powder.1/2 table of spoon oil salt to taste and 1 table of spoon coriander leaves.mix this and make a bolls.then hit a big kadhai add oil and fry it till golden brown.then keep aside.now make curry.
hit kadhai add tejpatta cummin seeds when it hot then you add onion, chilli and tomato paste fry it for 5 min add all spices and salt.mix this and fry again 5 to 10 min.now add 2 cup of water.and boil this.keep in cool place serve with coriander leaves.believe me just awesome taste with chapati's.
